Bio:
Dr. Meisner’s interests include the development of novel methods for utilizing polygenic risk scores and using biomarker combinations for risk prediction. Prior to joining Cancer Prevention, Dr. Meisner worked in the Vaccine and Infectious Diseases Division at Fred Hutch, where she focused on HIV prevention trials, including work with the HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) and implementation studies in sub-Saharan Africa. She was also involved with trials of both COVID-19 and tuberculosis diagnostic tests.
